Overall analysis of human resources, processes, finance/capital, risk/compliance and technology to gain a better understanding of the current state to effectively plan for priorities/investments. As needed, executive coaching and succession planning (includes business climate review).

Includes external research & SWOT analysis, including competitive analysis.

HR Gap Analysis

Compliance, systems, strategy and structure to identify gaps, ensure compliance, and align the critical function of human resources to company strategy. As needed, coaching/succession planning.
